PropPick (the “Service”) complies with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보보호법) and other applicable laws, and processes users' personal information as set out below.

1. Personal information we collect

• When you sign up: email address, nickname, password (stored encrypted in a form that cannot be decrypted)
• When you use social login: the identifier, nickname and email address provided by that platform (Google, Naver, Kakao)
• When you post: the nickname you enter and the password used to manage the post (stored encrypted)
• Collected automatically: IP address, access logs, cookies — for operating the Service and preventing spam

2. Purposes of processing

• Identifying members, maintaining login sessions, and managing accounts
• Verifying the right to create, edit and delete community posts
• Preventing spam, flooding and abuse
• Statistics for improving the Service (in a form that cannot identify individuals)

3. Retention and use period

Personal information is destroyed without delay when you withdraw your membership or when the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, where retention is required under applicable law, it is kept for the period concerned. To withdraw your membership or request deletion, please contact us at the address below and we will process your request.

4. Outsourcing of processing and cross-border transfer

To operate the Service we entrust data processing to the companies below, and data may be stored on servers outside Korea.

• Vercel Inc. (web hosting, United States)
• Supabase Inc. (database, United States and others)

5. Cookies

The Service uses only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We do not display third-party advertising and do not use tracking cookies for targeted advertising. You may refuse cookies in your browser settings, but in that case you will not be able to use features that require signing in.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal information. Requests are received through the contact address below and are acted on without delay.

7. Security measures

• Passwords are stored with one-way encryption (hashing) — not even the operator can see the original.
• Database access keys are used only in the server environment and are never exposed externally.
• HTTPS encryption is applied to all communications.
