Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose and nature of the Service)
PropPick (the “Service”) is an information service that compiles and provides pricing, rule and discount information for overseas futures prop firms (proprietary trading companies) and offers a community in which users share their experiences. No information provided by the Service constitutes investment solicitation, advice or brokerage, and the Service does not guarantee the use of any particular firm.
Article 2 (Accuracy of information)
Prices, rules and promotions change frequently according to each firm's policy. The Service makes efforts to keep information current but does not warrant its accuracy or completeness; you must check the firm's official website before any important decision such as making a payment. The Service is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the information.
Article 3 (Affiliate disclosure)
Some external links on the Service are affiliate links, and the Service may receive a commission if a user makes a payment through such a link. The Service is operated so that affiliate relationships do not influence how information is presented.
Article 4 (Community rules)
- False statements, falsified proof (of payouts, profits, etc.) and advertising or promotional posts may be deleted without notice.
- Other people's personal information, defamatory content and content that infringes copyright are prohibited.
- Copyright in posts belongs to their authors, and the Service may publish and display them within the scope of operating and promoting the Service.
- Usage frequency may be limited to prevent flooding and spam.
Article 5 (Accounts)
Members are responsible for keeping their account information secure. Accounts found to have been used improperly may be restricted without prior notice.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
Overseas futures and prop trading are high-risk activities that carry the risk of losing your principal. Any decision made on the basis of the information, reviews and statistics published on the Service (including sample data), and its consequences, rest entirely with the user.
Article 7 (Amendment of these Terms)
If these Terms are amended, the change will be announced on this page, and use of the Service after the announcement is deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms were originally written in Korean. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation between the Korean original and a translation, the Korean version prevails.
