Submitting proof of an account purchase for approval on PropPick — our own data filling the gap while the payout-review database is still empty

The process of submitting proof — like a purchase receipt — to get it approved in the PropPick community. Receipt images are personal data, so they're kept private; only the approval status and count are shown on screen. Approved purchase verifications are the basis for reward points (pick) and eligibility to write a review, and they're also the primary signal behind the "bestseller" sort on the ranking page — though firms that don't have enough verified purchases yet get filled in with the external sales ranking (Prop Firm Match) instead. While the real user-review and rating database is still empty, purchase verification is our most reliable first-party data for filling that gap.
