The cushion you must build before you can withdraw

The amount you must stack above the starting balance before you qualify for a payout. On a 50K account with a $2,100 buffer, the balance has to clear $52,100 before you can request one. The bigger the buffer, the harder the first withdrawal becomes, so read it together with the minimum payout amount.
